About Clear Visa | IAA Regulated | Law Society Accredited

We Built Clear Visa Because Too Many Families Were Getting the Wrong Advice — Too Late.

Clear Visa is an IAA-regulated UK immigration consultancy founded by Sheon Jackson —a Law Society accredited immigration specialist with over 14 years of practice. We exist for one reason: to make sure you get proper legal strategy before you submit, not a crisis intervention after a refusal.

Our Vision

Trusted global visa and immigration consultancy empowering international success.

Our Mission

Provide honest, transparent, result-driven immigration services with expert support.

The Most Expensive Immigration Mistake Is the One Nobody Warned You About

Every week, clients come to us in the same situation.
They need to renew their visa. Or apply for settlement. Or bring their family to the UK. The rules have changed but nobody told them. They asked a friend. They read a forum. They filled in the form themselves based on what worked for someone else three years ago.

And now they are facing a refusal. Or an overstay. Or a court hearing that should never have happened.

This is not their fault. UK immigration law is complex, it changes constantly, and the consequences of getting it wrong fall entirely on the applicant not on whoever gave them the wrong advice.

Clear Visa was built to change that. Not to rescue cases after the damage is done though we do that too — but to get to families early. Before the form is submitted. Before the mistake is made. When the right strategy still makes the difference.

"People come to us too late. Our mission is to reach families before the mistake happens — not after."

— Sheon Jackson, Founder, Clear Visa

Why Sheon Jackson Founded Clear Visa

Sheon Jackson spent over 14 years working in immigration law building expertise, accumulating accreditations, and working with families navigating some of the most consequential legal processes of their lives.

But working within firms meant working within limits. The reach was narrow. The clients who needed help most families in the middle of visa renewals, settlement applications, citizenship journeys were not always the ones who could access a Law Society accredited specialist.

COVID changed the calculation. It proved that expert immigration advice did not need to be delivered across a desk in a city-centre office. It could reach anyone, anywhere. The barrier was not geography it was access.

Clear Visa was founded to remove that barrier.

An IAA-regulated consultancy, built around Sheon’s 14 years of frontline immigration practice, designed to deliver Law Society-standard case preparation to families across the UK online, accessible, and without the traditional gatekeeping of high-street legal firms.

The focus is families first. Keeping partners together. Settling children.
Securing the citizenship that families have spent years working towards. And doing it properly with the evidence, strategy, and legal rigour that the Home Office expects.

Regulated. Accredited. Accountable.

When you instruct an immigration consultant, the single most important question is: are they authorised to give this advice, and are you protected if something goes wrong?

At Clear Visa, the answer to both questions is yes — and we can evidence it.

Sheon Jackson

CEO Clear Visa

Meet Sheon Jackson — Lead Immigration Consultant

Sheon Jackson is the founder and lead consultant at Clear Visa.

With over 14 years of specialist UK immigration practice, Sheon has guided hundreds of individuals and families through some of the most complex and consequential applications in the immigration system — from straightforward visa extensions to contested settlement cases and citizenship applications.

He holds Law Society of England and Wales accreditation in Immigration and Asylum at Senior Caseworker level (SRA ID: 547451) — a credential that places him among a small number of specialists formally recognised by the legal profession for expertise in this field.
His approach is forensic. Every application is assessed against the exact tests a UKVI caseworker will apply. Evidence gaps are identified before submission, not after. Disclosure is handled proactively. Nothing is left to chance.

Sheon’s particular focus is family immigration — keeping partners together, securing settlement for families who have built their lives in the UK, and helping clients reach the citizenship milestone they have worked years to achieve.

He founded Clear Visa to extend that expertise beyond the constraints of traditional firms — to reach families across the UK who need proper legal strategy, not just a completed form.

Who Clear Visa Works With

Our current focus is families — the people for whom getting immigration right is not a professional requirement but a personal one. The stakes are the highest here, and the consequences of poor advice fall on real families.

Couples & families

Applying for a spouse or partner visa, or extending an existing family visa. Navigating the £29,000 income requirement. Building a life together in the UK.

Settled residents

Approaching the end of a qualifying residence period and ready to apply for ILR or needing to extend leave to keep the pathway open.

Long-term residents

Planning for naturalisation after years of lawful residence needing a forensic absence calculation and Good Character assessment before applying.

Parents of children in the UK

Children born in the UK or with long-term UK residence — navigating the 2025 HC 836 reforms and the new direct ILR pathway for qualifying children.

Visitors & short-stay travellers

Nationals requiring a Standard Visitor Visa or Electronic Travel Authorisation needing a Three Pillars evidence package that prevents refusal.

Clients who have had a refusal

Cases where a previous application was refused whether self-prepared or by a previous adviser that need a strategic rebuild before resubmission.

What Every Clear Visa Client Can Expect

You will know exactly where you stand before you pay for anything beyond the initial assessment.

You will receive a written evidence plan — not a verbal reassurance.

Your application will be assessed against the exact tests a caseworker will apply, not against a template from three years ago.

If there is a risk in your case, we will tell you — clearly and early.

And if your case is not straightforward, we will tell you that too. We do not take on cases we cannot prepare properly.

That is the Clear Visa standard.
